• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation and shipped on working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.
• A tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp or email once the order is shipped.
• Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate, as UNNIRA is not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
• While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to courier partner issues or circumstances beyond our control.
