Exchange & Return Policy
At UNNIRA, every piece of jewellery is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Exchange & Return
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video is mandatory and must be recorded from the moment the package is opened.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact.
- Exchange/return is applicable only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Resolution Options
Once your request is approved, one of the following will be offered:
- Exchange: Replacement of the same product or another product of equal value (subject to availability)
- Return: Store credit of the product value, which can be used for a future purchase on UNNIRA.Cash refunds are not offered.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
- Exchange or return may not be applicable if the unboxing video is missing or unclear.
- Products that show signs of wear, use, damage, or tampering after delivery may not qualify.
- Minor differences in color or finish may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
- Requests may not be approved if original packaging, tags, or invoice are missing.
How to Raise a Request - To initiate an exchange or return:
- Contact us via email / WhatsApp / Instagram DM (add your official contact details)
- Share your order number, issue details, clear images, and the unboxing video.
- Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 working days.
